How many pets am I allowed to have?

We allow a maximum of one pet in a one bedroom apartment and two pets in a two bedroom apartment.

What kind of pets do you allow?

We allow dogs and cats. The following aggressive breed dogs are not permitted: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Great Dane, Mastiff, Pit Bull Terrier, Rottweiler and Shar Pei. Exotic animals such as ferrets, snakes, lizards, and poisonous animals are prohibited.

Do I have to pay any deposits, fees or pet rent if I have a pet?

There is a $250 pet deposit (refundable) and a $250 pet fee (non-refundable). We do not charge a monthly pet rent.

Is my security deposit totally refundable?

Your security deposit is fully refundable less any damages or charges in accordance with your lease.

What utilities are included in my lease?

All utilities are paid by the resident.

How long is the term of the lease?

We offer 6-13 month lease terms. These lease terms are subject to change without notice.

What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?

Rent is due on the first of each month. An automatic late fee will charged if rent is not received by the third. A daily late fee of $10 will be charged until the balance is paid in full.

Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?

Yes, there is a drop box at the front of the clubhouse.

If I have a maintenance issue, how do I report it?

You can either call the office or submit a maintenance request online. If you have an after hours maintenance emergency please call our answering service at 281-351-5659.

Am I allowed to have a guest stay with me?

Yes, you are permitted to have visitors stay with you however, we ask that you notify the leasing office if the guest will be staying for longer than seven consecutive days.

Do you have reserved parking?

Presently, we do not offer reserved parking. Parking is open and we also have detached garages available for $100 per month.

Do you offer additional storage spaces?

We offer additional storage for $65 per month. Our storage areas are 10x5 and are located at the side of our garage buildings.

Do you have free WiFi?

Yes, we offer free WiFi in the clubhouse and pool area.

Can I install a satellite dish at my apartment?

Unfortunately we do not allow our residents to install satellite dishes anywhere on property.

Will you accept my delivery packages for me?

We are happy to accept packages for you during regular office hours and keep them in our clubhouse until you are able to pick them up.
